Happy Sunday, kittens.
Before we get started with the festivities, I want to bring your attention to the new logo for Sacred Tension:
After feeling terrible for months about having AI art as a logo, I decided to commission a brilliant artist to create a new logo for Sacred Tension. I asked her to make it cute, creepy, occult, and gay as fuck. She did a fantastic job. The artist wishes to remain anonymous, but I promise that she is real and not AI.
The logo represents the core themes of Sacred Tension, first and foremost a pathological obsession with cats. The horned demon Baphomet cat is modeled on a photo of my own beloved Maine Coon, Luna (who, sadly, does not have horns – those were added in post.) Secondarily, the logo represents the themes of spirituality, esotericism, the reconciliation of opposites, and pursuing these topics in a winsome, playful manner.
