Happy Halloween, my friends. Today, I’m delighted to announce a new project: the Planchette Horror podcast.

This project is a collaboration between Eleventyseven frontman Matt Langston and me. Together, we bring classic horror stories to life in a way you have never heard them before.

Our first offering is a retelling of H.P. Lovecraft’s Dagon, performed by me, with music and production by Matt Langston. Dagon explores themes of forbidden knowledge, ancient civilizations, and the human suffering that results from comprehending our place in a hostile universe. These are all themes that Lovecraft went on to perfect in his Cthulhu Mythos, and Dagon stands as an excellent introduction to his work.
